白介素-1 alpha （Interleukin-1 alpha，IL-1a）是一种在多种细胞中广泛表达的组成型蛋白，属于IL-1家族。它是一种关键的前炎症细胞因子，参与了多种生理和病理过程，包括免疫反应、炎症反应和组织损伤后的修复[1]。IL-1α在健康状态下几乎存在于所有细胞类型中，但在坏死细胞死亡时作为生物活性介质被释放出来。IL-1α与IL-1β共享同一受体，通过与IL-1受体1（IL-1R1）结合，诱导产生炎症反应[2-3]。
