    萤火虫荧光素酶 (firefly luciferase)和海肾萤光素酶(Renilla luciferase)可分别催化荧光素 (luciferin)或腔肠素 (coelenterazine) 氧化形成oxyluciferin或coelenteramide ,并在此过程中产生生物荧光。TransDetect® Double-Luciferase Reporter Assay Kit首先以荧光素为底物检测萤火虫荧光素酶报告基因的活性,之后在淬灭该荧光反应的同时,以腔肠素为底物检测海肾荧光素酶报告基因的活性,具有检测迅速、灵敏度高、检测范围广、无细胞内源活性干扰等特点。
